CORONAL POLISHING CERTIFICATION FOR DA I AND DA II
This program trains students to remove plaque and stains from exposed tooth surfaces using a rotary instrument equipped with a rubber cup or brush and a polish agent. price for our coronal polishing course is $350.
- DA I in training are no longer required to work 3000 hours in order to enroll in our coronal polishing program as long as a licensed dentist formally approves participation in the course.
- As of JUNE 2024 per 21 NCAC 16H.0202(a), coronal polishing is an expanded function for DA I 's in-training or a DA II in the state if North Carolina.
